The inactivated card is mailed to you or the recipient with a matching note card and envelope for easy gift giving and personal note. Please have the card with you when calling to activate, 719.578.1819. For your protection you must have the REF# on the back of the card to activate it, and the user must be in possession of the card to make a purchase.
